About me:
My name is Elisabeth B. and recently I celebrated my 60th birthday. Professionally, I have been the Director of Sales in an international company for more than 20 years. The position included a lot of traveling and overtime. There was little time for myself and therefore also for sports activities. Although I have always been very conscious in regard to nutrition still long distance air travel, business lunches and conferences were always quite challenging.
My Challenges
“You look like the fourth month pregnant” I had to get used to this idea slowly. In addition, I wanted to say goodbye to all dietary attempts, because I lost weight everywhere, just not on the stomach. It had become clear to me that I had to wear it with composure until the rest of my life and that I had to hide my stomach very well.
Due to the many trips and business lunches connected with my professional life, I put more and more fat on my stomach. My metabolism had obviously become sluggish, so he was resistant to all weight loss programs.
I bought expensive, perfectly tailored dresses, costumes, blazers and trouser suits that covered my weak spot very well. The reason why I opted for metabolic optimization was, of course, vanity. Much more important to me, however, was the health aspect. Belly fat in mature years is simply very detrimental to your health and this was always very important to me.
The Solution
I thoroughly studied the Metabolic Optimization Program. In addition, I have consulted a doctor about my confidence. The fact that high-quality nutritional supplements were part of the program was pretty clear to me. Since I am passionate about cooking and trying new recipes, I really enjoyed putting together my 1-month nutrition plan. It was amazing to me that it was no problem at all with 500 to 700 kcal per day to get along. The large portions of vegetables were extremely filling and the diet based on vegetables and protein was very good for me. It was also easy to integrate the diet into my everyday life.
After about a month I had lost 7 kg. I also had 13 cm less at the waist and 7 cm less at the hips. It was very important to me that I felt very well and fit during and after the Metabolic Optimization program.
What has changed?
Well, I have now a size 36 instead of 40. But that’s not all.
My quality of life and my attitude to life have improved significantly! My running training is now really fun for me again and is not only a must. I feel light and that’s how I walk – almost light-footed.
Then I really enjoy clothes again. Especially jeans were always a delicate matter because they were too tight on the stomach or on the hips and too wide on my already very slim legs.
Yes, and my complexion is much clearer and firmer. The Metabolic Optimization Program also had a wonderful anti-aging effect. And with the lost pounds, the healthy, easy lifestyle and new, brisk clothes my attitude has changed, so that some friends followed my example.
Plans for the Future
There are still a few leftovers that have to be removed. For this reason, but also to strengthen my health, I repeat in late summer, the metabolic optimization. Summer is an ideal season for it. The temperatures are pleasant and the choice of vegetables, salads, and fruit is endless. Basically, I see the Metabolic Optimization as a cleansing program for my body, which I would like to perform to do once a year.
There will be several 10 km runs in Autumn that I want to participate in. Specifically, I am interested in Women’s Run. And last but not least, I reward myself with new, chic Autumn and Winter clothing. That’s the nicest part of the Metabolic Optimization Program.
